Unsere Durchlauf- Walzenrichtmaschinen werden in zwei Ausführungen gebaut. Zum einen für das präzisions- Planrichten von Tafelblechen nach einer thermischen oder mechanischen Bearbeitung, zum anderen für das präzisions- Planrichten von Coil Blechen. Plan gerichtete Bleche nach dem Scheren-, Laser oder Plasmaschnitt verhalten sich bei deren umformtechnischen Weiterverarbeitung wesentlich günstiger und berechenbarer als nicht gerichtete Bleche, insbesondere beim Abkanten und Walzbiegen.

Our continuous roller levellers are built in two versions. On the one hand for the precision levelling of sheet metal after thermal or mechanical processing, on the other hand for the precision levelling of coil sheets. Flat-oriented sheets after scissors, laser or plasma cutting are much cheaper and more predictable in their further processing than non-aligned sheets, especially when bending and rolling.

Nos niveleurs à rouleaux continus sont construits en deux versions. D'une part pour le nivellement de précision des tôles après traitement thermique ou mécanique, d'autre part pour le nivellement de précision des tôles en bobine. Les feuilles à orientation plate après ciseaux, découpe laser ou plasma sont beaucoup moins chères et plus prévisibles dans leur traitement ultérieur que les feuilles non alignées, en particulier lors du pliage et du laminage.
