Für die Automatisierung von Fertigungsabläufen in den Fertigungsbereichen Bohren – Sägen – Scheren und Stanzen sind Vorschubsysteme und Längsanschläge verlässliche Bausteine. Wir bieten unseren Kunden eine ganze Reihe von diesen Systemen an, zur Auswahl stehen NC – gesteuerte Greifer Systeme welche das zu bearbeitende Material mit einer Zange klemmen und in der Folge dieses Material der ausführenden Maschine (zum Beispiel einer Kreissäge, einer Lochstanze oder einer Bohrmaschine) zuführen. Neben den Greifer Systemen bieten wir unseren Kunden automatisierte, NC – gesteuerte Anschlagsysteme an. Der Maschinenbediener programmiert den Anschlag auf ein bestimmtes Maß, drückt die Starttaste und die Anschlagplatte fährt auf das programmierte Maß. Das zu bearbeitende Material wird auf Maß angeschlagen und in der Folge gebohrt, gestanzt, abgesägt oder abgeschert.

Feed systems and longitudinal stops are reliable components for the automation of production processes in the drilling, sawing, shearing and punching production areas. We offer our customers a whole range of these systems, there is a choice of NC-controlled gripper systems which clamp the material to be processed with a pair of pliers and subsequently this material from the machine to be executed (e.g. a circular saw, a hole punch or a drilling machine) respectively. In addition to the gripper systems, we offer our customers automated, NC-controlled stop systems. The machine operator programs the stop to a certain dimension, presses the start button and the stop plate moves to the programmed dimension. The material to be processed is chipped to size and subsequently drilled, punched, sawn or sheared off.

Les systèmes d'alimentation et les butées longitudinales sont des composants fiables pour l'automatisation des processus de production dans les zones de production de perçage, sciage, cisaillement et poinçonnage. Nous proposons à nos clients toute une gamme de ces systèmes, il existe des systèmes de préhension à commande numérique parmi lesquels choisir, qui serrent le matériau à traiter avec une paire de pinces et ensuite ce matériau de la machine (par exemple une scie circulaire, une perforatrice ou une perceuse) respectivement. En plus des systèmes de préhension, nous proposons à nos clients des systèmes d'arrêt automatisés à commande numérique. L'opérateur de la machine programme la butée à une certaine dimension, appuie sur le bouton de démarrage et la plaque d'arrêt se déplace vers la dimension programmée. Le matériau à traiter est découpé à la taille et par la suite percé, poinçonné, scié ou cisaillé.

I sistemi di alimentazione e gli arresti longitudinali sono componenti affidabili per l'automazione dei processi produttivi nelle aree di produzione di perforazione, taglio, tranciatura e punzonatura. Offriamo ai nostri clienti tutta una gamma di questi sistemi, c'è una scelta di sistemi di pinze a controllo NC che bloccano il materiale da lavorare con una coppia di pinze e successivamente questo materiale dalla macchina da eseguire (ad esempio una sega circolare, una perforatrice o una perforatrice) rispettivamente. Oltre ai sistemi di presa, offriamo ai nostri clienti sistemi di arresto automatizzati e controllati da NC. L'operatore della macchina programma l'arresto su una determinata dimensione, preme il pulsante di avvio e la piastra di arresto si sposta sulla dimensione programmata. Il materiale da lavorare viene tagliato su misura e successivamente forato, perforato, segato o tranciato.
