MINGORI Rohr- und Hohlprofilbiegemaschinen sind Maschinen von sehr hoher Qualität, mehr als zehntausend MINGORI Maschinen sind rund um den Erdball im Einsatz und das seit mehr als sechzig Jahren. Wir reparieren und liefern original Ersatzteile für MINGORI Maschinen, auch noch für sehr alte Maschinen.
Unser aktuelles MINGORI Maschinenprogramm umfasst Biegemaschinen welche nach dem Druckbiegeverfahren arbeiten und Maschinen welche nach dem Zugbiegeverfahren arbeiten, beim Zugbiegeverfahren wird das Hohlprofil oder Rohr im Einrollverfahren um einen Biegekern oder Biegematrize gebogen.
Eine Besonderheit im MINGORI Maschinenprogramm sind die großen Druckbiegemaschinen für den Baustelleneinsatz, diese Maschinen werden vorwiegend im Rohrleitungsbau eingesetzt. Mit diesen Maschinen kann im freien Feld gearbeitet werden (auch ohne Stromversorgung, diese Maschinen werden sowohl auch mit der klassischen Handhydraulikpumpe als auch mit Benzinmotorantrieb geliefert), zum Beispiel im Fernwärmebereich, in der Gas- und Ölversorgung, in der Wasserversorgung. Mit diesen großen Druckbiegemaschinen können Rohre bis zu einem Durchmesser von Ø 450 mm bis zu 100° Biegewinkel gebogen werden.

Our current MINGORI machine programme includes bending machines which work according to the pressure bending process and machines which work according to the tension bending process. In the tension bending process, the hollow profile or tube is bent around a bending core or bending die in a rolling process.
A special feature in the MINGORI machine programme are the large pressure bending machines for use on construction sites, these machines are mainly used in pipeline construction. These machines can be used in the open field (even without power supply, these machines are also supplied with the classic hand hydraulic pump as well as with petrol engine drive), for example in the district heating sector, in gas and oil supply, in water supply. With these large pressure bending machines, pipes up to a diameter of Ø 450 mm can be bent up to 100° bending angle.

Nel processo di piegatura a trazione, il profilo cavo o il tubo viene piegato intorno a un'anima di piegatura o a una matrice di piegatura in un processo di laminazione.
Una caratteristica speciale del programma di macchine MINGORI sono le grandi piegatrici a pressione per l'uso nei cantieri, queste macchine sono principalmente utilizzate nella costruzione di tubazioni. Queste macchine possono essere utilizzate in campo aperto (anche senza alimentazione elettrica, queste macchine sono fornite anche con la classica pompa idraulica manuale e con azionamento a motore a benzina), per esempio nel settore del teleriscaldamento, nella fornitura di gas e petrolio, nella fornitura di acqua. Con queste grandi piegatrici a pressione, i tubi fino a un diametro di Ø 450 mm possono essere piegati fino a un angolo di piegatura di 100°.
