VO – Serie – die Zugbiege- Rohrbiegemaschinen VOS und VOMS ermöglichen das Rollbiegen von sämtlichen gängigen Rohr- und Hohlprofilmaterialien, größter möglicher Biegewinkel 120°. Die Maschinen ermöglichen das Biegen von Rohren und Hohlprofilen im Rollbiegeverfahren, mit und ohne Biegedorn. Es können mit unseren VO – Maschinen Rohre und Hohlprofile, je nach Material, mit einer Wandstärke von 0,8 mm bis 4 mm gebogen werden, Rohrdurchmesser von Ø 10 mm bis 60 mm bzw. bis Ø 80 mm (mit dem Modellen VOS40/VOMS140) können gebogen werden, Hohlprofile mit den Abmessungen quadratisch 20 x 20 mm bis 50 x 50 mm und rechteckig 35 x 20 mm bis 60 x 30 mm können ebenfalls gebogen werden. Eine Besonderheit unserer VO Modelle ist, dass damit auch Biegungen mit sehr kurzen Biegeschenkeln durchgeführt werden können. Mit der lieferbaren Dornbiegeeinrichtung (mit Längen von 2 m und 3 m lieferbar) können auch schwierige Biegungen absolut faltenfrei durchgeführt werden.

VO - serie - le curvatubi a tensione VOS e VOMS permettono la curvatura di tutti i comuni materiali per tubi e profili cavi, il più grande angolo di curvatura possibile è 120°. Le macchine permettono la piegatura di tubi e profili cavi nel processo di piegatura a rulli, con e senza mandrino di piegatura. A seconda del materiale, con le nostre macchine VO si possono piegare tubi e sezioni cave con uno spessore di parete da 0,8 mm a 4 mm, si possono piegare tubi di diametro da Ø 10 mm a 60 mm o fino a Ø 80 mm (con i modelli VOS40/VOMS140), si possono piegare anche sezioni cave con dimensioni da 20 x 20 mm a 50 x 50 mm e rettangolari da 35 x 20 mm a 60 x 30 mm. Una caratteristica speciale dei nostri modelli VO è che possono essere utilizzati anche per la piegatura con gambe di piegatura molto corte. Con il dispositivo di piegatura a mandrino disponibile (con lunghezze di 2 m e 3 m), anche le piegature difficili possono essere eseguite assolutamente senza pieghe.
