Für die Bearbeitung von Acrylglas® (PMMA), Plexiglas® und Methacrylat (SMMA) sowie anderer thermoplastischer Kunststoffe offerieren wir zwei völlig unterschiedliche Bearbeitungssysteme. Zum einen thermisches Schneiden von diesen Materialien durch Laserschneidanlagen, hier bieten wir auch fünf Achsen Laserschneidmaschinen an. Zum anderen eine hochpräzise spanabhebende Bearbeitung von Kunststoffplatten durch vertikale Schrägtisch Portalbearbeitungszentren und horizontale Flachtisch Portalbearbeitungszentren. Für alle unserer Maschinen können wir individuelle Konfigurationen und Applikationen anbieten. Gerade bei schwierigen und ungewöhnlichen Bearbeitungsaufgaben, sowie bei komplizierten Fertigungsherausforderungen sind wir gerne ein Partner welcher die Wünsche des Kunden in die Realität umsetzt.

We offer two completely different processing systems for processing Acrylglas® (PMMA), Plexiglas® and Methacrylate (SMMA) as well as other thermoplastics. On the one hand, thermal cutting of these materials by laser cutting systems, here we also offer five-axis laser cutting machines. On the other hand, high-precision machining of plastic plates by means of vertical inclined table portal machining centres and horizontal flat table portal machining centres. We can offer individual configurations and applications for all of our machines. Especially with difficult and unusual machining tasks, as well as with complex manufacturing challenges, we are glad to be a partner who realizes the wishes of the customer.

Nous proposons deux systèmes de traitement complètement différents pour le traitement de l'Acrylglas® (PMMA), du Plexiglas® et du méthacrylate (SMMA) ainsi que d'autres thermoplastiques. D'une part, la découpe thermique de ces matériaux par des systèmes de découpe laser, ici nous proposons également des machines de découpe laser cinq axes. D'autre part, l'usinage de haute précision de plaques en plastique au moyen de centres d'usinage à portique vertical incliné et de centres horizontaux à portique plat. Nous pouvons proposer des configurations et des applications individuelles pour toutes nos machines. Surtout pour les tâches d'usinage difficiles et inhabituelles, ainsi que pour les défis de fabrication complexes, nous sommes heureux d'être un partenaire qui réalise les souhaits du client.

Offriamo due sistemi di lavorazione completamente diversi per la lavorazione di Acrylglas® (PMMA), Plexiglas® e Metacrilato (SMMA) e altri materiali termoplastici. Da un lato, il taglio termico di questi materiali mediante sistemi di taglio laser, qui offriamo anche macchine da taglio laser a cinque assi. D'altra parte, lavorazione ad alta precisione di lastre di plastica mediante centri di lavoro a portale verticale inclinato e centri di lavoro a portale piano orizzontale. Siamo in grado di offrire configurazioni e applicazioni individuali per tutte le nostre macchine. Soprattutto con compiti di lavorazione difficili e insoliti, nonché con complesse sfide di produzione, siamo felici di essere un partner che realizza i desideri del cliente.
